International shipment

• We ship worldwide via DHL EXPRESS,
• Transit time of 24h-72h for most destinations in Europe (except islands).
• Our packaging is sustainable, we reuse everything possible, always ensuring sufficient protection for your order.
• Shipments are made in standard service with the stipulated mandatory insurance, for premium services 12:00-14:00 and all-risk insurance, please contact us by email.
• The cut-off time for shipments is 12:00 , in some cases orders after this time are shipped the next business day.

Pickup (ONLY EU)

• To facilitate the repair of your unit or processing of your warranty, we offer you our courier service (we will invoice it before we make the shipping back or deduct from deposit if you have done it).
• We strongly recommend that you look for a suitable packaging to protect your piece, remember that in most cases the packaging will not cost you more than € 2-3 while a transport claim can cost you hundreds of euros, you agree to be responsible for negligence in packaging that may cause damage in transport.
  
• The stipulated prices are appropriate for each piece by weight and dimensions, if you send unnecessary parts that increase the weight or volume, these costs may increase.
